Downstairs Remodel

Hallyburton Road

A fantastic extension project at Hallyburton Road, in Hove. This consisted of floor plan alterations and a full downstairs remodel.

We transformed the ground floor, extending into the existing living space to create a new bathroom and utility room. We built a spacious, energy-efficient, naturally lit extension at the rear of the property in which we relocated the kitchen whilst incorporating a social breakfast bar/dining room island to accommodate our client's family time.

Our aim was to create an open, practical and functional space whilst maintaining aesthetically pleasing results.

Our team of tradesmen worked efficiently in order to get this project wrapped up within a 12 week timeframe.
