We transformed a tired, dated-looking property in Brighton & Hove into a fantastic, modern, open-plan living space—a breath of fresh air for our clients.

This full refurbishment project was a joy to complete. We fully emptied the property, bringing the walls to bare brick. All floors, doors and other internal fittings were completely stripped out. This left us with a shell, therefore allowing us to begin the process of transforming this space into a gorgeous home. Our client wanted an open, airy, free-flowing feel to the lower ground. We achieved this by making internal floor plan alterations, colour choices and laying a continuous floor throughout. We installed a dainty kitchen which reflected the subtle sea views that could be seen from outside the kitchen window.

Not one detail was missed by our staff. We had daily site meetings with our clients ensuring we covered all aspects of their dream home. It was an absolute pleasure to hand this one over and the results were phenomenal.
